I have no direct involvement in the "Self-Aid—Make it Work" project which is to take place on Saturday, 17 May next, though, of course, I am fully supportive of the event. The agencies operating under the aegis of my Department, such as AnCO, Youth Employment Agency and National Manpower Service, are taking an active part in the project.
I might add that all offices of the National Manpower Service will be manned for telephone calls from 12 noon to 9 p.m. The staff attendance required will be voluntary and unpaid.
