asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy payment will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy has been paid.

64.

asked the Minister for the Environment the level of grant approval which will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and when this will be issued in writing to her.

The applicant was not at home when the inspector called. However arrangements have been made to have a further inspection carried out within the next few weeks with a view to the approval of a grant.

65.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant inspection will take place for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will expedite the inspection, in view of the fact that he wishes to proceed with the works.

Notification has issued to this applicant authorising him to proceed with the works in respect of which his application was made subject to the conditions of the scheme (other than the prior inspection requirement) applicable when he applied for the grant. However, the applicant has since requested an inspection which will be carried out within the next few weeks.
