asked the Minister for Labour when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be paid £200 granted under the Unfair Dismissals Act to her at a hearing as she was dismissed unfairly from her employment on 9 March 1986 as to date she has been paid nothing; and if he will now grant payment which is a considerable time outstanding.

The person in question was awarded £300 under the terms of the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977, by the Employment Appeals Tribunal. As her former employer has failed to pay the award, papers in the case are being prepared for submission to the Chief State Solicitor for consideration of the institution of legal proceedings on her behalf.
