I refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question asked by him on 19 June 1986. Since then, the Union of Professional and Technical Civil Servants have accepted the agreement on the 25th pay round and the settlement reached with the union on the outstanding arbitration finding applicable in the case of the area superintendent grade has been implemented.
