According to the information available to my Department, the person in question was paid his statutory redundancy entitlement by his former employer on 21 November 1986. An acknowledgment by him of receipt of the lump sum is contained in a redundancy certificate received in my Department in support of the former employer's claim for rebate.
If the person in question contends that he has not received payment, he should contact my Department immediately.
