Following examination of the results of a pilot scheme carried out at Newpark Close, Kilkenny County Council were requested last January to submit revised technical documentation in respect of the refurbishment of this estate. When the data is received and examined in my Department I hope to be in a position to make a decision in the matter. As the dwellings at Brandon Park are of similar construction, the council have been advised that the preparation of technical documents for the scheme should await the approval of the Newpark Close proposal.
