The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that the inspector of taxes will not be in a position to determine if, or to what extent, the taxpayer is entitled to a rebate of income tax until he receives certain outstanding details which were requested from the taxpayer on 28 January 1987. The inspector will now communicate with her again on the matter.
