I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the registry wrote to the applicant's solicitors on 9 February 1987 requesting essential information as well as pointing to legal requirements that had to be observed. It will not be possible to proceed with consideration of the application until replies to the queries are received and the legal requirements are satisfied.
