Donegal County Council submitted this project for grant approval in January 1987, together with their proposal to pay a special contribution towards the cost of extra works on the scheme required for its integration with regional requirements. The project will be given further consideration when the council supply the further information concerning the costings of the scheme requested by my Department in April 1987. An estimate for the works has not yet been approved by my Department.
