Vol. 372 No. 13

Written Answers. - Social Welfare Payment.

268.

asked the Minister for Health when disabled persons maintenance allowance will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11.

An application for disabled persons maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for determination by the health board concerned having regard to all relevant circumstances in that case.

I have had inquiries made from the Eastern Health Board in this case and I have been informed that the board is examining the application at present and will be in contact with the applicant shortly.
