Vol. 372 No. 13

Written Answers. - Income Tax Appeal.

67.

asked the Minister for Finance the outcome of the appeal made by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 2 regarding an income tax demand.

The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that assessments were raised on the taxpayer in respect of the years 1983-84 to 1985-86, inclusive, and notices of assessment were issued to her on 29 April 1987. Appeals against the assessments were lodged by the taxpayer on 22 May 1987. Returns of income and accounts are now awaited by the inspector of taxes in support of the taxpayer's appeals.
