Following discussions between my Department and Kilkenny County Council, some necessary information in regard to the refurbishment proposal for Newpark Close is awaited from the council. When this is received and examined in the Department a decision in the matter will be made. As the dwellings at Brandon Park are of similar construction, the council have been advised that the preparation of technical documents for the scheme should await the approval of the Newpark Close proposal.
