The three semi-State bodies, viz. Institiúid Teangeolaíochta Éireann, An Bord Curaclaim agus Scrúdaithe and the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, under the aegis of my Department had no loans from banks or other financial institutions in the years 1983-1986 inclusive.
