Estimated figures on the lines requested are available in respect of domestic borrowings by the Government. In the case of foreign borrowings the bulk of the loans are issued in bearer form and a breakdown of the investors currently holding them is not available. I can, of course, provide details of total interest payments on foreign borrowings.
I propose to circulate the available information in the form of a tabular statement in the Official Report.
