Details of the 1986 provisional outturn and the 1987 Estimate for subhead C (Postal and Telecommunications Services) of the Vote for my Department are contained in the published Revised Estimates for Public Services, 1987.
While I do not expect that it will be possible to reduce the level of expenditure on postal and telecommunications services my Department make every effort to minimise the cost of these services and will continue to do so.
