Mr. Brendan O'Kelly has been engaged as a consultant in my Department since 15 June, 1987. His duties are to advise me on matters concerning the fishing and marine related industries. Mr. O'Kelly is employed in a temporary capacity on a part time basis. He is paid at the rate of £20 per hour worked subject to a maximum of not more than 15 hours per week on average. To date he has been paid £1,320, less withholding tax.
