I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Food-stuffs and on the Special Equipment to be Used for such Carriage (ATP) done at Geneva on 1st September, 1970, as amended in accordance with Article 18 thereof, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 15th April, 1987, and copies of further amendments to which (effective from 11th August, 1987) were laid before Dáil Éireann on 1st October, 1987."
