asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an installation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Before eligibility under the scheme of installation aid for young farmers can be determined, a detailed investigation of each application must be carried out. In this case, the investigation has not yet been completed. If the applicant is found to be eligible, payment of the premium will be made as soon as budgetary constraints permit and I will inform the Deputy at the appropriate time.
