Vol. 374 No. 7

Written Answers. - Ministerial Staff.

227.

asked the Minister for Health if he or his Minister of State has directed any of the staff employed in his departmental constituency office to travel to or work directly in the local constituency clinic; if such practice, if any, is in the public interest; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

None of the staff employed in my departmental constituency office travel to or work directly in my local constituency clinic. The personal secretary to the Minister of State at my Department is based in Roscommon. This arrangement was in place before his appointment as Minister of State.
