asked the Minister for the Environment if group water scheme payments owing to persons (details supplied) in County Wexford will be made; and, if so, when.

A £35,400 instalment of grants has recently been paid in this case.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

A final inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the application for a new house grant for persons (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The receipt of the additional documentation requested from the applicant is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding a house improvement grant for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

Notification of completion of the approved works is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the application for a new house grant in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

An inspection with a view to payment of the £2,000 grant will be arranged when notification is received that the applicant is in occupation of the house as his normal place of residence. Payment of the £2,250 grant will be made to the builder of the house, in two equal instalments, in due course.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

The fifth and final instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if payment of a water grant, under the old house improvement grants scheme which was approved and passed in 1980, will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A grant cannot be paid because, contrary to a statutory condition of the scheme, notification of completion of works had not been received by 30 June 1981.

asked the Minister for the Environment if payment of a new house grant will be made to persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the work has been inspected, passed and all additional information requested has been forwarded by registered post; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the persons named at the address given.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will reinvestigate the possibility of having a new house grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the house was in excess of the floor area limit and proposals for alterations submitted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named at the address given. There is, however, an application from a person with a slightly different name from a broadly similar address. In that case a new house grant cannot be paid as the floor area of the house exceeds the statutory limit and the applicant has been so informed.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the house improvement grant application of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

The receipt of certain documentation requested from the applicant is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to persons (details supplied) in County Offaly who have had a final inspection carried out and passed.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named. However, an application was received from a person with the same name from a broadly similar address. In that case the grant has been paid.
