asked the Minister for the Environment when a final inspection will be carried out and payment made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford in relation to a house improvement grant.

An inspection with a view to payment of a grant will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

An inspection with a view to payment of a grant will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The £2,000 new house grant has been paid. Payment of the £2,250 "builders" grant will be made in two equal instalments in due course, in accordance with the conditions of the scheme.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy (£1,000) will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in payment of a builder's grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where all information requested was submitted six months ago.

There has been no undue delay. On receipt of a report from the Department's inspector, the approval and payment of the grants will be further considered.

The receipt of additional documentation requested from the applicant is awaited.
