Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 30: Allocation of Time.

It is proposed that on the debate on the motion for the Adjournment under Standing Order 30 the following arrangements shall apply: (1) The speech of the Minister for Justice and the Leader of the main Opposition party shall not exceed 40 minutes; (2) all other speakers shall not exceed 20 minutes; and (3) speakers shall be called on as follows: 5.30 p.m. the Leader of the main Opposition party; a Progressive Democrat speaker not later than 6.10 p.m.; a Labour Party speaker not later than 6.30 p.m.; a Workers' Party speaker not later than 6.50 p.m.; a Fine Gael speaker not later than 7.10 p.m.; a Progressive Democrat speaker not later than 7.30 p.m.; a Fine Gael speaker not later than 7.50 p.m.; a Labour Party speaker not later than 8.10 p.m.; a Fine Gael speaker not later than 8.30 p.m. and the Minister for Justice to conclude not later than 8.50 p.m.

Are those arrangements agreed? Agreed.
