asked the Minister for Finance the present position regarding the tax affairs of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that on the basis of the information available to the inspector the taxpayer has been accorded all personal allowances and reliefs for purposes of PAYE to which she is entitled for the current year.

asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Waterford has received a maximum tax rebate.

33.

asked the Minister for Finance the present position regarding the tax affairs of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

34.

asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Waterford is due a tax rebate; and, if so, when payment will issue.

I propose to take Qustions Nos. 32, 33 and 34 together. The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that they are not in a position to supply the information requested by the Deputy in these three cases, as the files are in transit from the relevant tax district to head office in connection with representations recently received from the Deputy.

When the files containing the required details come to hand. I will communicate as soon as possible with the Deputy.
