My Department in July 1986 sanctioned a grant towards the cost of electrical works at the primary school in County Cork referred to, and my Department's professional advisers subsequently forwarded to the school authorities documentation to enable them to obtain tenders for the work. As soon as suitable tenders have been submitted to my Department, the school authorities will be authorised to have the work put in hands.
