asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a new house grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary where an inspection has been carried out and the work approved.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a mortgage subsidy application was refused to persons (details supplied) in County Cork as their application form was submitted to his Department before March 1987.

A mortgage subsidy cannot be allowed as the application was received after 6 March, 1987 which was the final date for the receipt of applications.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in issuing payment of a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when payment of same will issue.

There has been no undue delay; the grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in issuing payment of a mortgage subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when payment of same will issue.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

Notification of completion of work has not been received. The grant approved is £600 as notified to the applicant.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in payment of a new house grant and mortgage subsidy to persons (details supplied) in County Louth in view of the fact that all documentation was submitted to his Department on 19 June 1986.

There is no record of the recipt of an application for a new house grant and mortgage subsidy from the person named at the address given.
