I assume that the Deputy is referring to the recent announcement by the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach that, in the context of the Government's decision to move towards a programme basis for applications for assistance from the European Community's Structural Funds, it had been decided to commission a preparatory study in order to lay the basis for a programme for the Dublin area. The detailed terms of reference for this preparatory study are at present being considered. It is not possible to say, at this stage, when the study will be completed.
