I move:
That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Housing Finance Agency (Amendment) Bill, 1987, that it has power to make provision in the Bill for the extension of the purposes for which the Housing Finance Agency may advance funds to housing authorities to include the payment of loans and grants for the carrying out of improvement works to houses and for the amendment of section 5 of the Housing Finance Agency Act, 1981 (No. 37 of 1981).
