I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a number of questions on this issue on 19 November last, in which I gave a full account of the occasions on which I raised the matter with the UK authorities and also with other interested parties. In all my discussions and correspondence I have referred to the united stand of the Oireachtas on this issue.
