I propose to take Questions Nos. 51 and 52 together. Payment to the persons named will be made shortly. In each of these cases, the herd inspection took place on 5 October 1987 and the inspection report was submitted on 26 January 1988. The delay arose because queries about retagging of cattle had to be resolved before the applications could be cleared for payment.
