asked the Minister for Education if she will increase the amounts payable by way of higher education grants for 1988-89.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 235 and 236 together.
Details of the financial provisions of the higher education grants scheme and related schemes will be announced when the schemes are published. My Department expects to publish the schemes of financial assistance for third level students before the end of May, 1988.
