Valuation Bill, 1987 [Seanad]: Financial Resolution.

I move:

That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session to provide for the amendment of the Valuation Acts, it is expedient to make provision for the charging by the Minister for Finance of fees in respect of an appeal to the Commissioner of Valuation under sections 19 and 31 of the Valuation (Ireland) Act, 1852, or to a tribunal to be established or an application to the Commissioner of Valuation, or any class of such appeal or application, under any Act of the present session to provide as aforesaid."
