asked the Minister for Education her proposals for the upgrading, improvement and extension of facilities at the number two national school, Monasterevan, County Kildare; if her Department has reached agreement with the school authorities regarding the exact nature of the requirements; if she will sanction the proposals in the near future; if her attention has been drawn to the seriously deficient facilities at the school at present, with the consequent health hazard to teachers and pupils; if alternative facilities will be provided in the current year; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
