Having regard to the demands on my Department's 1988 capital allocation for national school building and the falling trend of enrolments in the school referred to by the Deputy, I find it necessary to review the question of authorising the placing of a contract in this case. The matter is being very carefully considered in my Department and I shall have a decision conveyed to the school authorities at the earliest possible date.
