asked the Minister for the Environment the present position concerning the application for a builder's grant of £2,250 of a person (details supplied) in County Louth.

The £2,250 grant has been approved and payment will be made to the builder of the house in two equal instalments, in due course.

62.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant of £2,000 and a mortgage subsidy of £1,000 will be paid to persons (details supplied) in County Cork.

An inspection with a view to the payment of the grant will be carried out as soon as possible. Following payment of the grant, the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid when the applicant submits the claim form duly completed and certified by the lending agency.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow.
