It is proposed that in the case of the Intoxicating Liquor Bill and notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the House made today that the Committee proceedings on the Bill shall be brought to a conclusion in accordance with the following timetable, where the proceedings in each case have not concluded by the stated time and shall be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall be put from the Chair and shall, in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the Minister for Justice: sections 13 to 29, inclusive, to conclude not later than 9.10 p.m.; sections 30 to 39, inclusive, to conclude not later than 10 p.m. and Committee Stage to conclude at 10.30 p.m.
