asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the generally neglected condition of Bodenstown Graveyard, County Kildare, in which is located the grave of Wolfe Tone, he will request the Office of Public Works to consider taking over responsibility for the graveyard, or at least the grave of Tone and the area immediately surrounding it, in view of its historic importance; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The maintenance of Bodenstown graveyard is vested in Kildare County Council. There are no plans to alter this arrangement, or for the Commissioners of Public Works to take on responsibility for Wolfe Tone's grave.
