The position in relation to the association's recent annual conference is as conveyed by my officials to the association prior to the conference, i.e. that because of other unavoidable commitments I was unable to attend. Of course, my non-attendance in no way indicates a lack of support for the association and I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my support for their valuable work.
