It is proposed that in the case of Intoxicating Liquor Bill, and notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the order of the House made today, the proceedings on Report and Final Stages of the Bill shall be brought to a conclusion in accordance with the following timetable, and where proceedings in each case have not concluded by the stated time they shall be brought to a conclusion by one Question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the Minister for Justice: amendments Nos. 18 to 23, inclusive, to conclude not later than 9.15 p.m., amendments Nos. 24 to 57, inclusive, to conclude not later than 10 p.m., and amendments Nos. 58 to 64, inclusive, and Fifth Stage to conclude not later than 10.30 p.m.
