asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction the motorway scheme for the N4 from Leixlip to Kilcock, County Kildare which is awaiting a decision in his Department for some time; if unforeseen difficulties have arisen which might delay the project; if he will give a decision on the matter before the summer recess of Dáil Éireann; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
