Vol. 381 No. 8

Written Answers. - Certificate of Naturalisation.

84.

asked the Minister for Justice the reason a certificate of naturalisation was refused in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

On the basis of information available I refused to grant the person referred to in the question a certificate of naturalisation as I was not satisfied that he fulfilled the statutory conditions for naturalisation provided for in section 15 of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act, 1956, as substituted by section 4 of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act, 1986.
