asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will receive a reclamation grant.

The grant will be paid as soon as practicable along with other grants certified about the same time. Payments are being phased in such a way as to ensure adherence to the amount provided in the Vote. Consequently, there is some delay in making grant payments.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be paid a farm installation grant.

The application in this case cannot be further processed until the applicant furnishes evidence that his title to the land in question has been registered in the Land Registry.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will receive payment of a farm development grant.

A claim under the farm improvement programme for payment of a grant of £2,460 has been received and will be paid as soon as practicable. All claims under the programme are dealt with strictly in order of receipt. Payments are being phased in such a way as to ensure adherence to the amount provided in the Vote. Consequently, there is some delay in making grant payments.
