The development plan for the Moy Fishery which is currently being finalised by my Department has been drawn up in consultation with all relevant interests. Submissions from the public were not directly sought, but full account has been taken of all views expressed to me and my officials to date regarding the future development of the Moy.
As soon as the draft plan is completed, I would envisage it being discussed with the NWRFB. I intend at that stage to announce my main objectives and the strategy to be pursued.
