asked the Minister for the Environment the reason the application of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in respect of a house improvement grant was refused, when applications by persons in similar circumstances were approved.
A grant could not be allowed in this case as the required waiting period of ten years from the date of erection of the house had not elapsed.
