Vol. 383 No. 9

Written Answers. - Oireachtas Legislation.

114.

asked the Minister for the Environment the legislation or sections of legislation for which he is responsible which have been passed by the Houses of the Oireachtas and not yet brought into force; and the reason the legislation is not yet in force.

It would not be practicable, having regard to the time available and the vast body of legislation for which my Department is responsible, to compile the information requested by the Deputy. However, if the Deputy is interested in a specific code of legislation, I would be happy to supply the information requested on receipt of the relevant details.
