asked the Minister for Social Welfare when the appeal of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22 for invalidity pension will be heard with a view to reinstating same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The appeal of the person concerned against the disallowance of his invalidity pension has been listed for oral hearing in the week commencing 21 November 1988.
