Vol. 384 No. 3

Written Answers. - Dublin Plane Crash.

35.

asked the Minister for Tourism and Transport the reason his Department refused to supply information relating to the crash of a two-seater Cessna plane at Mulhuddart,

The accident to which the Deputy refers is currently the subject of an investigation by my Department and a report in that regard will be submitted to me in due course.

In view of the sub judice nature of the investigation, the Deputy will appreciate that it would not be appropriate for me to comment further in the matter at this stage.
