asked the Minister for the Marine the location of ferries licensed to carry 12 or more passengers; when these ferries were last inspected; and if any operator has had his licence withdrawn.

Passenger certificates for ferries are issued on an annual basis following a survey by my Department's Marine Survey Office. Passenger certificates were issued to the following vessels:
