asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide a list of the approved non-profit and voluntary organisations which have received capital housing assistance since 31 March, 1987 for the provision of rental housing accommodation under the capital assistance scheme announced in 1984; the amounts of capital loan assistance sanctioned and the amounts actually paid out in each case to date; the number of dwellings provided; the main categories of persons housed in the approved projects; and the number and value of applications at hand but not yet sanctioned on 20 November, 1988, together with the number of dwellings involved.
