The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that a notice of determination of tax-free allowances and a certificate of tax-free allowances were issued to the taxpayer and his employer respectively on 16 November 1988. As it appears that the taxpayer has not yet received the notice arrangements will be made for the issue of a duplicate notice.
