Before calling the Order of Business we have to dispose of the Votes appertaining to the Supplementary Estimates which were taken on Friday last. Certain of the Supplementary Estimates were challenged on that occasion and the Votes are to be taken now in respect of matters appertaining to Defence. Vote 38, Defence, and Vote 39, Army Pensions, are two separate Votes.
